Fabio did a great job! The mark of a good hairstylist, he knew what to cut and what not to cut. (I had asked for more to be trimmed in front and he gently talked me out of it which I now realize would have been a styling disaster.) He recommended an excellent moisturizing oil that requires only two drops per application.

My touch up today with Roxie at the Gila Rut Otay Ranch location was a great experience. She greeted me upon entering the salon with a smile ans great positive energy. The complimentary service of a hand massage was wonderful and relaxing. I highly recommend her for color and touch ups.

Chante listened to my preferences and had a few suggestions of her own so I ended up with an excellent cut. It made my day! The receipt never came through to my email so I’m glad a paper receipt was provided.

Brittani is the best human being. She’s always thoughtful and caring and 100% present and an incredible stylist. By contrast, I’m not sure why Katie is rude every time I’ve come in for many years. She’s the only one who’s rude, and it’s baffling because she’s consistently this way.

Loved Fabio, he did an amazing job with the haircut and teaching me some pointers on how to blow dry my hair at home. He also took some time after he was done with me to redo the blow dry Roxy did. Roxi did a good job with coloring, but I feel like she rushed to blow dry and left half of my hair, a bit wet with no volume. Which is fine, because Fabio really made up for it.

I gotta start with the staff a couple days before my appointment who let me come in the salon and check out the products used and answering any initial questions and concerns. Brittani was amazing for my first appointment. She was very attentive to my needs and allergy concerns, even so much as to double and triple check before using them in my hair. She made sure that I had the right length that I was happy with and overall that I was comfortable the entire time. Such a great and relaxing experience. My anxiety over the appointment just disappeared. I still think my hair cut was a bit pricey at $90 but not enough to dock them a star over it. Can’t wait to return back and I recommend anyone who is on the fence to just go visit them and ask questions. The staff is so helpful and amazing.

Everyone is always so helpful and wonderful at my local Otay ranch location.I get color and haircuts as well as hair treatments by Roxy and Xotchil.I love using Aveda products and you can tell the employees love their products too.I came in for a short visit with my kids today, they were a little out of their element and running around.The girls working were so nice and the receptionist was so quick and knowledgeable and helpful when I needed specific products. Aveda, keep investing in your employees. Training,incentives and education are key!I know, I\'ve been in the beauty industry and with my knowledge, I\'m able to discern which beauty products are best.

I absolutely loved having Fabio’s hand at my hair. It had been years since I’d felt my hair feel as soft and the length beautifully layered as he left it. He explained the steps required in order to restore volume, health, and shine. He went over what I needed to do to keep my hair hydrated until our next 8 week appointment and I did purchase the couple of Aveda products that he suggested and had used on my hair, which will make the difference, since I had run out of my own products at home. My hair is now at his behest; so grateful for his time, experience, and generous vibe.

I explained that in the past after a color my scalp would itch and burn, so she added some sugar and there is no itching or burning. Fabio was awesome.
