Gila Rut was able to accommodate me today. I thought my appointment was for 4:45 and they called to ask about my 12:45 appointment. They asked if I could come in right away, which I did. I was able to get done by 3:15pm with a haircut and Keratin treatment. Thank you Xochitl!!! I was fully satisfied with my visit today!

I absolutely loved having Fabio’s hand at my hair. It had been years since I’d felt my hair feel as soft and the length beautifully layered as he left it. He explained the steps required in order to restore volume, health, and shine. He went over what I needed to do to keep my hair hydrated until our next 8 week appointment and I did purchase the couple of Aveda products that he suggested and had used on my hair, which will make the difference, since I had run out of my own products at home. My hair is now at his behest; so grateful for his time, experience, and generous vibe.

The girl that shampooed my hair was blow drying my bangs and burning my scalp. She didn’t thoroughly brushout my hair. When I said I was good, she proceeded to get a towel to “enhance my curls” when she was crunching my hair in the towel, it was way to hard and hurt my scalp. I NEVER complain because I love the salon and have been going there for probably more than 10 years.

Enjoyed my appointment (as always) but wish the marketing about the holiday promotion was more clear. I knew I wouldn’t be able to use the $20 cards until next year, but wasn’t made aware until after I paid that it has to be for a service I’ve never had before and I can’t use them together. I’ll be coming back for my regular services and would love to try something new, but coming three times in one month is a little extreme. I probably won’t get to use them all.

I feel like a million bucks. My highlights are the best I’ve ever had. I do however hate that they drywalled over that beautiful tile in the shampoo area. That was a mistake. I also don’t like that the reception counter is gone. It’s awkward. I didn’t know where to stand. The remodel was unnecessary and I don’t like the changes. My hair looks great but the place does not.

Carla did an outstanding job matching my hair color and highlights. I am so pleased and I will definitely go back and use her to get a touchup in three weeks. I need to commend whoever remove the foils from my highlights as I felt no pain when the foils were removed and it was hardly any breakage. When I’ve had highlights and foils removed in the past it was a very painful experience when they remove the foils and I had a lot of breakage that was pretty noticeable when I blow dried my hair. Jordan did a terrific job with my haircut. I am so happy!

Got my hair cut with Vanessa and i told her i was in a funk and wanted something new. As soon as i left i got a compliment on my hair at the market. She also gave me this product called be curly that gives me awesome waves with air drying. As usual amazing work.

It starts with the tea (which i finally bought some of today) then the aromatherapy shoulder massage but wait…..a mini facial after getting my hair washed! Vanessa always does my hair exactly like i needed but didn’t know i needed and she’s so pleasant and by the time i leave I’m de-stressed, looking great and smelling awesome. This place is a must and worth the price in my opinion.
